One dull night, bloggers extraordinaire, Vulpi and Yoshimi, were IMing. And Yocchan was falling asleep. But something unexpected happened!

YOCCHAN: God, you try to fall asleep to Korean pop and then what… Those psycho Japs jolt your ass up.
YOCCHAN: …it’s magical and it’s only thirteen seconds in.
YOCCHAN: …know what would’ve made that “Y.M.C.A.” cover better? If Tsunku showed up in disco garb and started singing with them.
VULPI: …YES.
YOCCHAN: But yeah. disco!Tsunku, along with the already awesomeness of that video with the cheerleaders and the outfits and the choreography and the fact that they’re singing that song as it is would’ve made enough awesomeness to destroy the universe.
VULPI: I just wish he could’ve strode up, and all the girls would scurry away to make room, and he could just take center stage and belt it out… “YYYYYYY M C A.”

I reckon that could only be made more awesome if they sung it in English. It didn’t seem right with only “Y.M.C.A” and “Young Man” in English.
And the Korean reserves… there are no words…
